Earth vs. the Spider Gets Riffed at the Albuquerque Museum of Art & History!

Come discover the film industry in New Mexico, past and present Thursday, May 16!
At 6:00 pm, Ann Lerner, film liaison for the City of Albuquerque, will discuss what is happening in New Mexico’s Film Industry – especially in Albuquerque.
At 7:00 pm, Earth vs. the Spider, a late-1950s American-International Picture that uses some footage from Carlsbad Caverns, will be screened. Special quips and commentary (“riffing”) will be provided by local film writers and comedians Daniel Boyer, Jessica Osbourne and Craig Chrissinger.
Meanwhile, local musicians Freddie Chavez and the Foundation will play oldies from the 1950s and 60s in the Museum’s amphitheater…
