It’s a Big Comic Book Celebration!

Yes, Saturday, May 7, sees the real celebratory in-person return of the annual fannish event, Free Comic Book Day. Several stores throughout Albuquerque & Santa Fe will be handing out free comic books and/or offering discounts on various comics, graphic novels, action figures and other materials.

We aren’t sure exactly what each store will be doing this year, so visit their websites (or Facebook) for more information.  Events should be going approximately 11:00 am-5:00 pm (some locations earlier, some locations later).

Be sure to check out the action at these known participants – Astro-Zombies, Lobo Comics, Don’s Book Exchange, Comic Warehouse, Red Planet Comics & Books, Twin Suns, Age of Comics, Big Adventure Comics in Santa Fe, and more.
