Programming: Local Author/Podcaster Benjamin Radford visits (virtually)!
♣ Local skeptic Benjamin Radford talks on “Tracking the Lizard Man” and the scientific research he’s done into these mysterious creatures! This will be a Zoom Virtual Session, also streamed on the club’s Facebook page!
Of his talk, Benjamin Radford says, “Among the mysterious creatures said to lurk in the remote regions of North America, the Lizard Man is surely among the strangest. The monster is something no one would want to encounter: Seven feet tall, powerful, aggressive, incredibly fast, and—according to some—has a penchant for chewing on automobiles. It was first sighted in a spooky area called Scape Ore Swamp in 1988, and its legend has grown since then. Join folklorist and investigator Benjamin Radford as he investigates this strange mystery and uncovers the truth behind this terrifying half-human, half-reptile!”
