ALBUQUERQUE PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA’S 1ST CONCERT OF 2023
These Concerts take place Saturday, October 14, at 6:00 pm; and Sunday, October 15, at 3:00 pm.
The Program for This 1st Series is:
– Magic Flute Overture by Mozart (7 min)
– Trauermusik for Viola and Strings by Hindemith
Soloist: Jason Parris (8 min)
– Threnody in Memory of Jean Sibelius by Still (7 min)

– Symphony No. 5, op. 67 by Beethoven (31 min)
ABQ SF Society members Jessica Coyle and Joe Walters both play in Albuq’s Philharmonic Orchestra. Concert Admission is Free, but donations are appreciated. Brownies & other pastries are sold during intermission.
Saturday the 14th’s concert is at First Unitarian Church, 3701 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque (at the corner of Comanche).
Sunday the 15th’s concert is at St. Therese Church, 3424 4th St NW, Albuquerque (between Menaul & Candelaria).
