This will be an informal gathering, plenty of time to socialize and catch up. We’re going to be talking about Atomicon in Los Alamos, due to be held Saturday, August 31. 7000 BC is helping with programming, and we’re looking for people who want to talk and/or serve on a panel.
We also once again will have a table at Bubonicon, August 23–25 at the Albuquerque Marriott Uptown. We will be selling books and art from members, and will be looking for volunteers to staff the table. You can volunteer for just a few hours, so look at your schedule and let us know if you’d be available — it’s a fun time and a great way to get to know fellow creators. We’ll get a more organized signup as we get closer to the event. We’ll also plan on doing our regular rats drawing, it’ll need to be 54 of them this year, and we’ll need all the help we can get.
