Programming – An Encore Presentation by Loretta Hall of her Bubonicon 44 science talk!
Yes, a visit from Loretta Hall, a Space Ambassasor for the National Space Society and a member of the Historical Society of New Mexico’s Speakers Bureau, who will give an encore presentation on “Out of this World: New Mexico’s Contributions to Space Travel,” her talk from Bubonicon 44 (for those who missed it there)…
Plus, there is club business to be discussed afterward – there’s a proposal to change the voting rules in the Bubonicon chair election. Should con-com be allowed? What about authors? And is it really necessary for an ASFS member to have attended a minimum of three club meetings in the previous 12 months?
Remember, no outside food is allowed at St. Andrew. Please be discreet with any candy. Water/soda bottles and lidded beverage cups are permitted (until we have a clean-up issue), and there is a water fountain in our meeting space.
Newcomers are welcome with a $1.00 contribution to help pay our rent…
DOORS OPEN AT 7:15 PM. Please do not arrive before this time. We have to set up the room ourselves, and straighten/clean-up at the end.
