On January 6, 2012, Bubonicon, Inc. was recognized by the state of New Mexico as an incorporated non-profit entity.
Per the Bylaws ratified and signed on February 26, 2014, Bubonicon Inc’s Board of Directors exists for “the primary responsibility for, but is not limited to, protecting the continued existence of Bubonicon as a convention…and to ensure the consistency of the brand of Bubonicon throughout the years of the convention’s continued existence.”
The Board also “assumes responsibility for facilitating annual Nomination and Invitation Voting Public Meeting for the future year’s Bubonicon Guest of Honor, Toast Master/Mistress and Guest Artist.”
