Time for Bubonicon 53’s Gofers (volunteer workers) to get organized!
7:30 PM Friday, August 19, in the Adult Education Room of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 5301 Ponderosa Ave NE (home of the Albuq SF Society).

SINCE COVID still is creeping along in New Mexico and elsewhere, we are recommending and encouraging the wearing of facial masks inside the building.  The choice is yours, but please respect those attendees around you.

Park on the North side of the church, and then follow the sidewalk to the EAST door of the church (look for a small alcove).  Enter the hallway, and the Adult Education Room is on your left-hand side!  [Doors open at 7:15 pm since we have to set up the Adult Education Room.]

+  If you would like to donate 5-16 hours during the Bubonicon 53 weekend to help with set-up, teardown, registration, the art show, the con suite, the auctions, our dealers table, children’s programming or the costume contest, this is the meeting for you!
+  We will go over the highlights of the Bubonicon 53 schedule, discuss responsibilities, and then have gofers sign up for the hours they’d like to work. We also hope to have some nifty movie/book swag to distribute to our volunteers!  And, yes, any Gofer that does not yet have a Bubonicon 53 weekend pass will be offered a special rate at this meeting (cash/check ONLY).
+  All volunteers and donated time are greatly appreciated!
