The April 2021 book for discussion is Bridge of Birds: A Novel of an Ancient China That Never Was by Barry Hughart (we’re using the 1985 mass market paperback from Del Rey).

While places at which we’ve met stay open later, we’d still like to finish by 9:00 pm – so we try to keep our individual reviews short and to the point, and thus have some time for debate and discussion.
