POSTED JUNE 8 AT MILEHICON.ORG:  “In response to the impact of the COVID19 virus and the economic stress on everyone at these times, the MileHiCon Committee and Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to go VIRTUAL for MileHiCon 52.  Because we are going Virtual, we will not be able to provide all of the program types that we have had in the past. We will not be holding the art and literacy auctions, active/kids track (though there will be some kid-friendly programming), the con suite, and Critter Crunch. The art show, vendors room, and Authors Row will be available but in a totally different format. Panel discussions, presentations, readings and demonstrations will still be offered.  There may also be some totally new types of programming.
“Those of you who already have memberships to MileHiCon 52 Live will be able to attend with no extra charges. We will be coming out with a new pricing structure and registration system soon. Check our website and social media channels and watch for updates.
“The MileHiCon 52 committee thanks you for your continued support of the convention. Any help or assistance that you can give to assure a successful and fun transition to Virtual would be greatly appreciated. Contact us at info@milehicon.org with any questions or offers of assistance.”
