Get Your Indigenerd On…Again!  Indigenous Comic Con 2020, part of the Original and Finest Indigenous Pop Culture Expo in the World is CANCELED due to the current Coronavirus outbreak in New Mexico!

The fourth Indigenous Comic Con (now renamed IndigiPop X) is POSTPONED from March 27-29 due to the Coronavirus outbreak in New Mexico.  They are hoping to have new dates this summer!

It was supposed to take place at the Hyatt Regency ABQ Downtown, 330 Tijeras Ave NW (just west of the ABQ Convention Center).  Featuring Indigenous creators, illustrators, writers, designers, actors, and producers from the worlds of comic books, games, sci-fi, fantasy, film, TV, and graphic novels. IndigiPop X seeks to highlight the amazing work that brings understanding about the Indigenous experience to the world of popular culture.  Special guests, film screenings, game demos, artist alley, vendors, kids area, live music and more.

Special guests include actor Tahmoh Penikett (Supernatural, Altered Carbon), author Drew Hayden Taylor, actor Jonathan Joss (Magnificent 7, Chartered),  artist Weshoyot Alvitre, artist Timothy Truman, author Darcie Little Badger, artist Jim Terry, artist Dale Ray Deforest, actor Loren Anthony (Red Dead Redemption 2, Longmire), postcaster Andi Murphy,  and others.

A three-day pass is $85.00.  Friday-only is $35.00, Saturday is $35.00, and Sunday is $25.00.  Programming is (as far as we can tell) 10:00 am-6:00 pm Friday, 10:00 am-6:00 pm Saturday, and 10:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday.
