Time Book Critic, NPR Commentator, & New York Times Best Selling author Lev Grossman will be at the Jean Cocteau Cinema in Santa Fe on Monday, October 13, for a reading, Q&A, and signing event for The Magician’s Land, the final installment in the critically acclaimed Magicians trilogy!  Santa Fe author George RR Martin will be on hand to facilitate the event.

Grossman’s event at the Jean Cocteau starts at 7:00 pm on Monday, Oct 13. Admittance is free with the purchase of of a hardcover book, $5.00 with the purchase of a paperback, and $10.00 without a book purchase.

Grossman is the author of the New York Times bestselling novels The Magicians, The Magician King and The Magician’s Land, which came out in August 2014. The New Yorker named The Magicians as one of the best books of 2009. In 2011 Grossman was awarded the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer by the World Science Fiction Society. He also is the book critic at Time magazine, and he has written about books and technology for the New York Times, Salon, the Wall Street Journal, Wired, Lingua Franca, the Village Voice and the Believer, as well as NPR.
