It’s a 3-in-1 Month! Time for the Bubonicon 48 preview of the schedule and the t-shirts. Plus Game Night! The preview of Bubonicon 48 and then the B49 con chair election won’t take up our whole time, so we’re inviting everyone to bring a game or two to play with others!
A Con Chair Election will be held for the 2017 Bubonicon as there is more than one nominee for Bubonicon 49 Chair from the current con committee. The candidates are Kevin Hewett, and the team of Caci Cooper/Craig Chrissinger. Eligible to vote are ASFS club members in good standing (attended at least 3 out of the last 12 meetings and have dues paid to date), plus all current Con-Com members and Bubonicon participating authors.
Newcomers are welcome with a $1.00 contribution to help pay our rent…
Enter Through the Northside Door (back of church). St. Andrew is locking up the courtyard at 5:00 pm, so park around back!
Remember, no outside food is allowed at St. Andrew. Please be discreet with any candy. Water/soda bottles and lidded beverage cups are permitted.
DOORS OPEN AT 7:15 PM. Please do not arrive before this time. We have to set up the room ourselves, and straighten/clean-up around 10:00 pm.
